You’ve probably got your Childbirth Education Class on the books, but what about life after the baby? This class will help you feel prepared for what comes next!

Taught through the lens of a Postpartum Doula, you will learn the techniques of newborn care and the importance of rest and recovery during the early weeks of postpartum. Not only will you learn the actionable tasks of caring for your new baby, but also to trust your intuition throughout parenthood and where to find your resources of support and information. This class has an emphasis on expectation setting— your own and how to navigate those conversations together as new parents.
